Write down a list of your accomplishments, and revisit it whenever you need a confidence boost.
3. Practice Self-Compassion

Overcoming Fear and Judgment
Fear and the fear of judgment are often what hold us back from being authentic. Here are some strategies to help you overcome these fears:

Pay attention to your inner dialogue. When you catch yourself engaging in negative self-talk, challenge those thoughts. Replace them with positive and empowering affirmations.
