About Me

I know you are tired of feeling not good enough. I’m here to tell you how you can reconnect with your true self and nurture your relationship with yourself.
I am a Biomedical Scientist, a Mindfulness facilitator, and a Certified NLP Master Practitioner.
I help overwhelmed go-getters cope with anxiety, eliminate limiting beliefs and get started on their dreams despite the fear of judgment by making pivotal mindset shifts to achieve inner peace.
I understand how difficult it is to go on this vicious cycle of negative self-talk and self-doubt; an all-or-nothing mindset that burns you out by forcing you to do your absolute best so that people won’t call you out as a fraud and judge you; or completely freeze you in inaction because you’re too scared to fail so you don’t even try.
I’ve been there not too long ago! It took me a lot of investing in my personal development to get to where I am today. It took a bit too long I would say aha!
